HoundDog Rufferral FAQ's

Sign-up to join the Referral Program and we’ll send you details to access your Referral Account and your unique Referrer Code. Then you simply login at http://referral.hounddogiseasy.com/ and start referring your contacts using our Easy email template.

Your referred contacts will receive an email inviting them to check out HoundDog’s cool range of systems monitoring and management tools. Should they decide to sign-up for HoundDog’s 30-day free trial, we’ll send you a short note to let you know. Our friendly Sales Team will work with the referred contact to help them get the most out of their HoundDog trial. Once a referred contact becomes a HoundDog customer you start earning commissions.

Due to HoundDog’s privacy policy, and in the interests of protecting our customers’ data, we are unable to disclose the details of either trialists or customers without their express permission. You can enquire on the status of your referred contacts through your HoundDog Account Manager. Contact us.

You will earn 20% of all customer revenues generated in the first 12 months of the referred’s contract. Commission payments will stop if the referred customer fails to pay their account, or terminates the contract, at any stage during these first 12 months.

Commission will be paid through PayPal. You can set-up a PayPal account at www.paypal.com.  (Please note HoundDog is completely independent of PayPal and takes no responsibility for the set-up or management of PayPal accounts.)

If you have a PayPal account please include these details, as well as preferred currency for payments, on the Referral Program Sign-Up page.

You may sign-up to the Referral Program prior to setting up a PayPal account, however you will not receive payments until we have received both your PayPal account details and currency preference.

Commissions can be paid in the following currencies:

• GBP - United Kingdom Pounds
  
• USD - United States Dollars
  
• EUR - Euros
  
• AUD - Australian Dollars
  

You will be required to provide your preferred currency, along with your PayPal account details, before we pay your commissions.

Commissions will be paid each quarter in arrears, ie. for revenues generated between January and March, commissions will be paid to your PayPal account at the end of June.

You can refer HoundDog to as many people as you like. Through HoundDog’s Easy, email template you can refer three (3) people at one time. You also have the option of copying the referral information (referrer link and unique referrer code) into your own email account.

Using HoundDog’s Easy, email template you can refer HoundDog to each customer up to three (3) times. There is no limit to how many times you can refer them using your own email account.

Yes, HoundDog operates world-wide so you can refer people from any country. The HoundDog system and website is available in English, French and German.
